The General Government, Personnel and Benefits Subcommittee will meet on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, 1. 5 hours after adjournment in Room 521 of the Blatt Building. The following legislation will be considered. The presentation order as indicated below does not necessarily reflect the order in which these bills will be addressed. Other bills may be added as necessary.

1. S. 75 -- Senators Ryberg, Bryant and Verdin: A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-4-110 TO PROVIDE THAT THE SOUTH CAROLINA TUITION PREPAYMENT PROGRAM MAY NOT ACCEPT NEW PARTICIPANTS AND THE PROGRAM SHALL REMAIN IN OPERATION FOR EXISTING PARTICIPANTS.
