-- Community Economic Development Act, corporations and financial institutions; Political Subdivisions, Commerce Department. Effective May 30, 2000, except that Section 2 applies to tax years beginning after 2000.
-- Juvenile Parole Board, juvenile committed for violent crimes, annual review conducted; Minors, Crimes and Offenses. Effective June 6, 2000, and applies to juveniles adjudicated for the commission of a violent offense on or after that date.
