--Governing body of any public service district to transfer its assets and properties and
responsibilities for the delivery of clinical medical services to another political subdivision
--As to make it unlawful to intentionally deliver or place a device which is constructed to
represent or is presented as an explosive, incendiary, or a bomb with the intent to terrorize
--Notice periods required to be given to the Budget and Control Board by a political
subdivision before it can purchase or cancel its lines of insurance
